Avoiding a large student debt

One of the worst things about finishing at the college or university is the fact that most time there will be a huge amount of money owing through a student loan or overdraft, which will need to be paid off at some stage and normally before you can afford to by a home, car or anything else substantial.

So how can this situation are remedied in order to start off on your working life with a virtual clean slate?

There several ways of staying ahead of the game and here are just a few:

1. Go to an affordable school (or one close to home)
2. Get a scholarship
3. Live at home
4. Buy used textbooks
5. Do co-operative education
6. Get a part-time job

Now you have the idea, going into further education doe not have to seem such a daunting task.
