Mobiles harmful to kids

A top neurosurgeon Dr Vini Khurana has reignited the health and mobile phone health question once more. He has been awarded fourteen awards over the past sixteen years and published nearly forty scientific papers, but it is his more recent claim that mobile phones could kill more people than smoking and asbestos.

In his latest report he calls upon people to only use them when necessary and for governments and the entire mobile phone industry to take immediate steps to prevent the users of mobile phones being exposed to this amount of radiation.

Clearly this is going to effect school aged children more than anyone else, so it could end up being the schools that would need to be the front line in mobile phone education and stopping the children from using their mobile phones during school hours. But this is not going to be easy at all, with so much pressure on education the last thing that they are going to want to be the mobile phone police too.
