Online resources for learning a language

The world is a much smaller place than a few years ago, not that it is shrinking in a physical sense, but by travel and more recently with the growth in broadband. So now would be a great time to learn a language.

There are many advantages with having a foreign language under your belt, it can help with getting a better job and of course make travelling abroad so much easier.
