The key to a great education
It may be the most underestimated tool that children could use to benefit their education, but by ignoring it, the results could mean that as the body’s energy levels drop the chances are that concentration is lost during lessons.
With many children just grabbing at anything that is at hand just before they leave for school, this practice could be harming their education and potentially their futures. The one thing that could hold the key to making it successfully through the day without flagging is by having a proper breakfast.
The idea of having to get up early just to make breakfast is the main reason for not having breakfast; it does not have to be a chore either. As it can be made up of a cereal and maybe some fruit, it is probably best that white bread and sugary cereal are not chosen as these are digested fast, leaving the body hungry.
