Schools should teach the meaning of life
It seems that children are to be taught philosophy at school but nothing too intense like the meaning of life or other questions that would through up questions about the why we are here and how did we get here in the first place.
It has been suggested that children should learn about philosophy through everyday events such as a dispute between two children. This type of philosophy would teach children to look at the situation for fairness and what sort of punishment would fit the event.
This would allow children to become what is known as critical thinking, this is where a person can decide what is important and how to conduct a good argument.
If this did go ahead, then maybe there is chance that the adults of tomorrow will be thinking in a different way than we all do today.
