Carefree studying

The way to carefree studying is the same as getting into a state of relaxation, it takes preparation and time, but once the main points have been mastered then it will soon become second nature and so the actual practice become easier.

Getting into this state of mind is the key and here are the points that can help you:

Do less.
Create a morning routine.
Prepare the night before.
Start the day with a relaxing shower or bath.
Get in some morning exercise.
Work when it’s quiet.
Create a clutter-free environment.
Turn off the distractions.
Cut back on your commitments.
Cut out meetings.
Single-task.
Take breaks and stretch.
Go for a walk.
Eat lunch in quiet.
Do mini-meditations.
Learn to focus on the present.
Roll with the punches.

Now you are on your way to the state of mind that can help you achieve your goals.
